Clothing stores for winter sports in a modern chalet style: This is what Willy BOGNER GmbH wanted – and got – for the refurbishment and new build of its stores. Having already commissioned Hoffmann Interior for a store on Sylt and in Hamburg in previous years, BOGNER once again relied on the general company's all-round support from September 2023 to January 2024.
An incredible 1,000 square metres of space were redesigned during this short period of time with partly overlapping projects. The challenge of the simultaneous planning and construction phases of the four BOGNER stores was mastered superbly thanks to Hoffmann Interior's experience and smooth project management. This meant that all the shops were able to (re-)open on time.
Now the interior design of the new stores is as high-quality, elegant and modern as the winter sports and outdoor clothing on sale. At the same time, it does not look ostentatious, but warm and inviting. The Danes and Norwegians would probably use the word “hygge” to describe the stores. This is because the many wooden elements radiate warmth and cosiness. From the floor and tables to the shelving and wall cladding, Hoffmann Interior worked with various types of solid wood, which were perfectly coordinated with each other. A modern chalet character with an industrial Alpine style was created here in combination with grey and anthracite tones, which were selected for carpets, metal display shelves, bars and ceiling lamps.
Anyone taking a closer look in the BOGNER stores will also notice the high-quality and uniqueness of the material surfaces of the furniture. An elaborate treatment was applied to metal surfaces, wood surfaces were sandblasted and some wooden composite panels were sprayed with a metal coating and subsequently stained as well.
Hoffmann Interior was able to fully realise what BOGNER had in mind for its new stores. Not only the results in more than five towns and cities speak for themselves – Hoffmann Interior can also gives itself a pat on the back for the project management. Once again, it has been shown that the general contractor can provide all the necessary services from a single source – reliably.
