Linear structures – for example, the state-of-the-art kitchen in black, granite and white colours – are complemented by warm wooden elements in the interior and on the balcony. The kitchen area is separated from the living and dining area by a black metal screen. This provides a sensible division of the room. A floor-to-ceiling mirror makes the apartment look even more spacious and highlights the luxurious light positioned in front of it. Two white and beige-coloured sofas facing each other are the ideal place to relax together with a drink or watching television on the wall-mounted TV. The residents can also sit back on teak loungers and chairs on the balcony or use the bathtub in the luxurious bathroom on grey days. During the construction, Hoffmann Interior relied on high-quality materials, such as stone for the cladding of the walls, and gave the bathroom a special ambience with large mirrors, high-quality fittings and warm lighting.
